well Beta turned out to be a complete bust. it took a pretty hard turn to the south and missed us by about 200 miles. it beat up on Nicaragua pretty bad tho. i really can not wait to leave. it seems like things just keep getting worse and that time moves so slow. it still feels like forever. i just try to take it 1 day at a time and look forward to other things. i think this is gonna be the worst thanksgiving of my life. oh well, i just have to be patient, i guess. 41 days.
